Our Story
How This Started
Manny’s father began this business in 2006. He was a mason and a paver who believed in doing the job right the first time, keeping his word, and charging a fair price. That was the whole business model.
Manny grew up watching that. He learned the trade from the ground up — not from a training program, but from years of working alongside someone who had been doing it for decades.
In 2017, Manny took over the business. Same counties. Same standards. Same commitment to doing the work properly instead of doing it fast.
That’s over 20 years of the same trade, the same area, and the same approach. Not a lot of contractors can say that.
The Person Behind the Work

There are no salespeople at Manny’s Exterior Design. No project managers, no coordinators, no middlemen.
When you call to ask about a job, you talk to Manny. When someone comes out to look at your property, that’s Manny. When the work gets done, Manny is on site.
That matters because a lot can get lost between a customer and a crew — miscommunications about scope, materials, timing. At Manny’s, the person who gave you the estimate is the same person making sure the job is done right.

What to Expect When You Hire Us
Free Estimate First
Every job starts with a free estimate. We come out, walk the site, and tell you exactly what the project needs. You get a clear number before anything is scheduled.
No Surprises
The price we quote is the price you pay. We don’t find reasons to add costs halfway through a job. If something unexpected comes up, we tell you about it before we act on it.
We Do the Work Ourselves
We don’t hand jobs off to subcontractors. The crew that shows up is our crew. That’s how we keep the quality consistent.
We Clean Up
When the job is done, the site is clean. Materials, debris, packaging — we don’t leave a mess behind.
1-Year Warranty
Every project comes with a 1-year warranty. If something is not right after we’re done, we come back and make it right. No arguing, no excuses.
Credentials
Fully Licensed, Insured, and Bonded
We carry everything a homeowner should require before letting a contractor onto their property.
Home Improvement License
Required by the state of New Jersey for all home improvement work.
Fully Insured
General liability insurance covering property damage and accidents.
Workers’ Compensation
Covers any worker injury on your property. Without this, the homeowner can be held liable.
Disability Insurance
Required coverage for our team.
Bonded
Protection against incomplete or unsatisfactory work.
